  1. Nice i just bought it but wow the servers are packed on official servers, we will need a head count and really figure out what server altogether. If possible everyone get on TS to discuss this when you get home if you are going to join. Oj
  2. Hey Everyone, I am finally excited about a game that I can play a lot of!!! This game has so much depth in crafting and building but also a big PVE aspect in survival game not just PVP something Dark and Light was trying to do! So I wanted to show a few new videos about the game, I also got to play the last couple of days that got me hyped! The game is only $30 and all 3 co-founders of the game all worked on Wildstar just sayin. The game consist of 3 factions to choose from (revenant, order and conclave), unlike other survival games (ark, dark and light, etc.) there are classes to choose from (assassin, pathfinder, warlord and shaman) which all 3 have completely different skills trees. You choose 2 of the 4 as archtypes to skill up or put points into very similar to WOW (I won't go too into this because that would take forever), you also have level up items such as when you use your weapon, gathering, etc. for example at lvl 5 of gathering wood you then have a choice between 2 bonus stats that can be extremely important such as gain more leather when skinning, etc (be careful though you can never change the choice you make). While gathering, skinning, etc. you also get sparks, these are used to help your faction research; this helps build, get new weapon crafts, etc. (this is very in depth and a ton of items to research). Last there are ascension points that you earn just by gathering, combat and building these points can be used for extra bonuses such as increased health, gaining more xp, increase weight and also there are some character creation hair styles, etc. that you can unlock as well. Now the exciting part is the PVE; usually in like ARK you have just creatures you have to watch out for in the wild and there is no exception in this game as well BUT in this game your main faction base has a shield around it and cannot be attacked except for 2 times a week the shields go down and a horde of npc monsters attack to kill your factions divinity stone if you defend them off then the next rapture the NPC increase in difficulty, this will happen over and over again and get harder and harder until your faction dies or your faction collects enough souls to fill the tree and you win. On top of that after every rapture the shields take time to recharge and allows the other factions to attack the base until the shields get fully charged. There is also taming all the creatures in the world just like ARK it is a little more complicated to do though again I won't get into that right now. Here is the first video pretty long but to give a little back story on the first video; your faction only has 1 of 3 metal resources that are needed (tin, copper and flux) so you will need to go to the other faction sides to get the other 2 resources which could spark some PVP. There is one other way to get the other resources and I can go over that in the game. CODE do not watch the first 6 min and I think there is one more time at like 28 - 30 min I am warning you ahead of time haha. The next 2 videos are some well done beginner videos that I think could really help from Death Proxy And that is it for now, The early access is live as of 10am PST (1pm EST) I will be getting it as soon as I get home from work. Last each faction only holds a certain amount of players per faction so if we want to play together depending on how many we have we will need to coordinate the server and faction all at once so we make sure we all can get in. I am going to go Revanent (purple) that is what I played in alpha and most familiar with. I hope you all join me! Oj
  3. I got an Alpha invite a couple of days ago (if you put in the beta request then you might have also), so I decided to try it tonight and wow I am really enjoying it. Think of it as a survival game like Ark and Dark and Light but with an MMO based skill system with classes. If I remember correctly 4 different type of classes; range bow type class, spell caster, melee, etc. I am playing an assassin that can stealth of course but uses long range bow to attack. The combat is very fluid and I like the aiming better than the other survival games, they did a great job with combat. To explain a little about the game it is 3 faction survival game but with a few twists (I think this is what Dark and Light was trying to create); first each faction needs to work together in research (there is a lumbermill, stonemill, alchemy, brewery, a couple more I can't remember though), plus building (you can also build your own base as well) and to fight off the other factions PLUS 2 times a week monsters spawn to specifically kill off the factions and each time your faction is successful killing off the monsters the next time they get harder. Now I played for only 2 - 3 hours so I haven't dove in enough but time just flew by while playing, but I can't express enough how much more there is in this game. I will give more in depth review this weekend but for the few of that have played and liked Ark, dark and light or conan you should request for beta. I put in the link in my previous post about this game plus 2 videos deathproxy who puts in a really good review, his second video goes into how they added in the ability to build your own base. Oj

    Bless Online

So Pew has been talking about this game and I finally decided to review the game; I'm pretty impressed especially since this is due to come out next month. It is going to be buy to play like Black Desert Online with a cash shop but I don't think it will blur the lines like BDO. Here is a newer review of the game, but I will probably get this next month let me know what you think?

    New Game - Rend

Hey, So while looking at the awesome games Haboo posted like Ascent Infinite Realm (AIR) I saw that DeathsProxy talks about AIR and another game called Rend. It looks like another fun game and might be releasing before AIR and all other games we are looking at. Here is his 2 videos: If there is any interest go to http://www.frostkeep.com/rend-alpha-sign-up/ and sign up for alpha, I just did. But the dynamics of the game seem pretty interesting with tri realm (kinda like GW2) pvp but with a twist of NPC attacks (kinda like Dark and Light but way worse). It looks like a lot to do in game, it also is not tab targeting more action combat looks like it is shooter type game play but with also melee. Let me know if your interested I definitely want to play it. Oj
  8. Nice ok I will download it!
  9. so does this help show what you are doing wrong based on real game play or past game play that is? and then help like a trainer?
  10. Awesome I love these reviews please keep them coming it helps me as a noob player to get better at playing different characters. I would love to see Genji, Doomfist, stealth chick (forgot name) and flying chick (forgot name also haha) if you can post those if there are good ones like the couple I have seen so far. If you have already posted them sorry I haven't gone thru the full forum page for overwatch just let me know (the zinyata one got me to really like that character and I am much better playing that character by these quick posts). Oj
  11. Hey Everyone, Attackroot will be putting a more in depth review on what is coming, but since they have now finally announced Beta 1 coming in early July I wanted to go over an important topic about monthly subscription; First a few of us backed the game a few years ago (not as many compared to Ashes of Creation, I only know of Attackroot, Balstan, I believe Falkirk and myself) for subscription forever what that means in Camelot unchained is instead of a $15 or whatever payment per month the first 3 years there is no sub at all and every year after that it will cost 1$ for the year. Now that was a long while ago and you would think that it is no longer available but based on the stream today announcing the beta 1 official date (attack will give more info on that) the owner stated that the unlimited package will still be available to buy up to Beta 1. Now I don't know the cost of it now compared to then which could be way higher than you would ever pay so take it with a grain of salt and we don't know if that means through beta 1 or until July right before beta 1 but it might be something to think about. This game if it provides everything they talk about could be the biggest pvp battles, biggest group scenarios, and biggest open world experiences without lagging like most others and seems like mainly action combat (Ashes of Creation is also supposed to have huge open world type scenarios and a unique world progression system just like Camelot but we have no idea on lag for that game either one might be better than the other and Lag could be the killer of either or both games). The lag is being tested in Camelot a lot since it is a key feature when they started and they are building their own engine for that reason, unlike most others like AOC they are using the unreal engine which might not be able to handle the amount of people, we will see if one or if both can do it right or deliver. But with the 3 main games Warpigs guild is keeping close eye on as an MMO (Ashes of Creation, Camelot Unchained and Crowfall) there is a good chance this could have the best game play experience, we don't know yet since none of us have seen it or played it. Right now based on actual playing and/or seeing Crowfall looks like the most action combat but AOC looks like the most intricate with dual classes but that is also up in the air until we can play them both. Also Crowfall isn't done so it could be more intricate than we know especially since it is also still in beta and they have mentioned a pretty robust leveling system that is supposed to be added. What we do know is AOC will have some part of tab targeting which could be the killer for us since we lean more towards action combat (examples would be Wildstar and Black Desert Online) and I could be wrong but I don't remember Crowfall having any tab targeting Haboo might be able to fill us more in on that, so we will see. But back to Camelot, this game could be amazing, but totally understandable it is hard to back something that you have no idea if it will be good or not. So from March'ish time frame they will be adding more and more features to the game up to June 12th where they have stated will be the finished build for Beta 1 (beta 1 ISN'T a finish build at all but t looks like a lot of combat system will be in place just not the specifics of talents most likely) which also gives Attack and myself to go in the game and review as much as possible and if you are interested in going after the unlimited sub package it will gives us some time to see if it would be worth it since we have already paid for it. We are both alpha backers so we can go in and test/play what the game will look like before the deadline if it is July 4th. Now if the deadline is longer than July 4th they stated that Beta 1 will at first have limited NDA (they stated you can stream some of the content during limited NDA, but examples of when you can't would be times like stress test, etc they want to have a fair shot at making large scale perfect and flawless before people get turned off unfairly) and no NDA farther into beta 1, so that would give us even more time to stream it for you and see if it is something you would be interested in. So please let me or Attack or both know so we can specifically give you updates before the time is lost since if this turns into the game or if we play a couple of main games and this is one of them it might save you money in the long run. I know a few others were interested in the game like Code1nike, but you might not be interested in paying the bigger amount upfront especially if you have no idea if this game is going to be worth playing. I know that most of us have been very bored lately with no real game we can sink time in and/or enjoy (that doesn't mean we have nothing to play but I believe most of us are really wanting a new MMO to sink a lot of time into rather than just a game we can play a couple/few hours and be done and not really be that satisfied on what we just did), in saying that I will be asking Attack (I'm sure in between his and my schedules we can fit a little time) to getting in there finally to give more actual game play in depth reviews, which other than the few times individually jumping in just to see a few things since the product was soooo far away from release that the combat wasn't even in the game. So here is finally the chance after like 4+ years to see what this game is really about, but expect sometime in March together we will start jumping in to see the new features, give some feedback (without breaking NDA) and while the game progresses before that June 12th date we can share more and more with what we think. Pretty positive we will both start to stream during the none NDA timelines as well, so you can see it from both views, but for now if you are interested in the game let us know so we can give you the feedback and you have more to go off of before making or not making a decision. Last there was a post (sorry Attack if you were already going to post this) from Massively Overpowered about the interview of beta 1 http://massivelyop.com/ if you want to read what they had to say. Again look out for Attacks more in depth review of what was said in the live stream today announcing beta 1. Oj
  12. You are right Luke it I think it would be more of a group play than a single player game but if enough of us play it could be a fun game. My roommate (SoCalDistortion forum poster guy) has been playing all of the beta's so far with another friend. I have looked at the game play and it seems fun but it there isn't any world events yet or anything like that it is group play from what I can see, I asked him to do another post in the next couple of days to give his review so far. From what I can tell playing with others is where it is fun but what you can do in game so far is: 1. Treasure hunt - It looks pretty cool you first get a treasure map and you have to solve a puzzle (examples would be like riddles, etc.) then you have to dig it out of the ground or find it in a sunken ship, etc. Then certain chests can do things to you while caring it (such as the you can get drunk so you can't walk straight or swim straight, or it does damage to you, etc, etc.). Last you can steal the treasures from others which leads to the next item to do. 2. Pirate other people - this could be stealing, killing or sinking others ships. People will do it to you so you do it back. The bigger your group the bigger your ship so there is an advantage if you have a lot of people. From what I have watched when seeing my roommate play his 2 man ship can't out run the bigger ships but they maneuver better, but more cannons so again disadvantage. The other item they just added is new guns so you can get a sniper rifle and snipe others on the other ships which is cool. The combat with cannons and guns and swords is pretty cool and it looks like that is the progression of the game is to buy better equipment by turning in the treasures to get money. 3. exploring - from what I can see the map is massive, from islands to underwater exploring. and that also means tide, weather conditions, etc play a big part of the game. for example if you are at the helm and you set course but then get off the wheel and let it just go the boat will shift directions to the conditions and you will run off course so it takes team work to do anything. Overall I think this could be a really fun game if we can get a committed group for even a few hours a week especially (not saying every week you must be here just if we have like 10 people and 5 or more can show up for set game times it could be really fun), in saying that especially with the lack of games to play I'm itching for something new and fun to play so I am in, but I would suggest to become a insider and make sure you are an insider it is free to become you. It is a little confusing by just registering doesn't mean you are an insider you have to click on become an insider and register as an insider. I have gotten the last 3 beta invites but no one to play with yet (my roommate plays on console I don't know why ask him, he has a perfectly good computer capable of VR but refuses haha), BUT the game is already getting setup for cross-platform so he could play with us once the game goes live. https://www.seaofthieves.com/insider He says that most likely the next beta will be open beta so become an insider ASAP just in case it would be fun to get enough of us to play and see if this is a game to fulfill our time while waiting on one of our MMO's we are signed up for. This game is coming out I think in the next month or 2 so very soon. Oj
  13. I'm not sure it really depends on play style, I would like to see what the assassin, predator and Shadow Guardian is like, but the others I would be looking at is Hawkeye, Warlock, Shadow caster. Knight, necromancer, and maybe a shadow blade. But there are so many options it would be hard to tell, I think playing the initial main class will help decide which play style I would like but I'm not sure if the secondary class is just a complementary class to the main or if the play style completely changes from one to the other. Once the beta comes I will be playing a lot to figure each class and hope I get a good enough feel for all of them to figure out which is best for me.
  14. please add my guild tag
  15. I'm not very good as you know but I wouldn't mind doing it if you need a person, I just don't want to hold you guys back. I obviously like Moira and I'm starting to practice with dva, doomfist and orb/meditation healer that I always forget the name of. I can also play soldier.
  16. hmmm this looks really good, when is this all coming out?
  17. Well the most important thing is you and your family are ok!!! We were all worried about you so thank you for letting us know you are good.
  18. It looks like it is getting close to a ral beta release they've been having big bot wars testing so far, but once it does go to to the real beta release myself and a couple of others will go in and test it out. It would be good to see a headcount of who has backed the game to be in the beta. I know Attackroot and Falkirk has backed it not sure on anyone else but this could be a good game for the future if you like crafting and PVP, plus this will be another game Warpigs can roam!
  19. This is a very old build not sure how this got on here. I'm assuming this is from the previous interstellar forums merge to here. I can try to update this so there is no confusion.

    OjoreJuice

Hello Everyone, I am OjoreJuice most of you know me in Wildstar as the "average at best Stalker"! My main game is Wildstar but do play with Warpigs on many other games and will be joining them on 2 new games coming in the future ashes of creation and Camelot Unchained. I have been with Warpigs since the beginning and I love theorycrafting but hate following what everyone else is doing. So on that note if you run across me especially in Wildstar and need help with builds I'm more than happy to help on any character that I know. Your average at best Stalker, OjoreJuice
  21. I'd be up for it Catan would be awesome!
  22. Ok, after testing this in raid at base level bloodthirst could be a valid build for stalkers to run. IF we had all stalkers running this it could help with tons of damage since it will stack with empower link (warriors) and it will help with a little mitigation. Here is the good and the bad:Good:1. At base it give an 8% damage increase and a 20% life steal when active (active for 8 sec with a 18 sec down time)2. if all 3 stalkers are running this it can hit 12 other members in raid (not including themselves) - On the few i know it hit and looked at many past and present logs shows a 200 - 500 increase in dps with a dramatic amount of healing for these members (of course the healing part is harder to detect but my personal amount was more by 4 - 5 times than using a healing pot)Bad:1. RNG on suit power regen - the only way this is an affective build is taking "make it rain" rather than going into "enabler." (what make it rain does is proc sparks and you can pick them up for instant 20 suite power but they can proc in 3 different spots and they can be in areas you just won't be able to get to. There are a lot of times though it will proc right on top of you which will instantly allow you to throw an impale.) The best way to go about using this is to just not worry about the sparks and go through your normal rotation sometimes that will hurt you but what I found is more than not I didn't have a problem.2. With 1 less ability slot to use you either cannot use pounce, collapse or staggering strike which means you might not have 2 stuns on some fightsOverall I think this will help the raid in a whole and I would like to see the other stalkers try this build, I saved it to WSBASE:http://ws-base.com/builds/edit/13116#vpCCMpqQvMvMvq/793.794.795.782.783.784.770.771.772.870.871.788.839.799.798.774.775.776.828.946.947.948.836.862.864.939Again you will stick with the the same rotation in my previous post the only difference is you will pop bloodthirst when it is up (it is not clunky at all like ruin and can be thrown just as easy as analyse weakness).I am always available for questions please don't hesitate in asking.PS please only set this up as a 2nd action set do not change your main action setOj

About us

Warpigs is a semi-hardcore multi game community, for both MMOs and other genres. Our core, which has largely remained the same, started back in 2014. Warpigs first got started in Wildstar and has since branched out to several other game including, Black Desert Online, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm as some of our most active games. We also have a strong internal following for both Dauntless and Ashes of Creation.

Warpigs function as a tight knit family-esque guild, which is not to say that our conversations are G-rated. Quite the opposite, but when you're one of us, we've got your back. Words fly pretty freely, and I'm always of the opinion that if you play an MMO, or any game with a social player base, you need thick skin and know not to take things personally. With that being said, we are a well organised and have a fairly mature membership, and as such we offer a very stable guild that we hope will be here for many more years to come.

Warpigs are dedicated to a friendly, team focused, fun-loving gaming environment where every member is important and not just a number on a roster. We seek to foster long term friendships among members and enhance the online gaming experience by virtue of those friendships.
