    Hey all, 

    I am writing this message before everyone will have a chance to use the site or forums. I have never been a big fan of enjin so I am pretty happy to be moving away from them. It served us well but id like to move to something to is a bit more feature-packed, and something a a bit more customize-able options with it. 

    With in the next few weeks I am going to do my best to bring over content from our old (but at the time of this writing current site) and work out as many kinks as I can. 

    Of course when I switch everything over I would appreciate as much feedback as possible. (You hear that Dirtay? Hit me with it!)

    AoC will not be released for sometime. First alpha is expected to be at the end of this - early next year. 

    Still I would like to get a roster together to see how has interest in the game.

    Returning Player / Fresh 50 Guide

     

    Gear
    Get the PVP weapon as soon as possible, this has stats equal the GA raid weapon drop.
    Attend our weekend GA runs for Gear and Datascape raid attunement

    Killing X-89 (first boss in GA) and System Daemons (first boss in DS) will unlock Glory gear for their respective raids.

    Glory is gained from running dungeon and raid content and the Glory vendors can be found to the left of the contract board.

    Ability / AMP Points
    Obtain all Ability and AMP points, there is a total of 48 Ability and 55 AMP points

    You can get these by the following:
    • Daily Zone max Reputation (One per zone)
    • Gold Medal in a Dungeon (One per Dungeon)
    • Elder Gems (Unlimited)
    • PVP bags and PVP vendor (Unlimited)
    • Renown (Unlimited)
    • Path (One at 15 & 30)
    • Gold all Adventures (One)
    • Gold all Shiphands (One)

    Contracts
    Contracts consist of small quests that grant varying rewards based on the tier of the contract. Bonus rewards are given when the player reaches a certain milestone on the contract meter.

    The first tier contract can be completed an unlimited amount of time while all other tiers can be completed only once a day.

    Notable awards include: Protostar Promissory Note, Exceptional Protostar Runic Bartering Fragment, as well as some raid like gear and several Mounts / Cosmetics.



    Guild Buyback Program
    The guild will buy all max level cooking and technologist mats at market price.

    For convenience I made this spreadsheet to help total all the mats and convert from Silver to Gold

    In order to sell mats to the guild send a mail with the attached mats to Codenike Technician with the current market price. Make sure to select Request and enter in the total of all items being sold (See image below for example)

    So were the first guild added to the new Wild-Weave Website, I just had some down time at work.

    While this site doesn't have too much going for it at the moment, I very much believe this site will be a big hit.
    I recommend that everyone checks it out when they get a chance.

    Offspec Loot (Repost)

    Going forward we will now be handling Offspec loot on a priority basis and it will award 0 GP. How loot is bid upon will not change. I still want everyone bidding offspec/mainspec for a piece of loot that drops, but to promote the idea of people learning their offspec role and being able to play it, I'm removing what has become a disincitive to pick up some offspec loot. That said, the expectations on people performing in their Offspec roles change a bit, but first here's how the priorities will work.

    In the case of Medium Tokens being up for Offspec it will go:

    The above table is just me kind of slotting some names based off of the things leadership has already pushed onto people. That said, if you would like to vie for a higher/lower ranking spot, then please get with me and we'll talk about it. I'd rather have the person as first priority be someone that actually wants to do it when the need arises.

    I mentioned earlier that with this new system the expectation changes a bit, that is to say, if you are given offspec loot, it is expected that you rune it out and keep it until you replace it with an upgrade. You are expected to be able to perform this role adequately when called upon. If you would like practice in fulfilling this role, this can be worked out in the earlier bosses of GA.

    Hey guys, neither Pith or myself will be able to make tonight raid.

    Our plans were to possibly re-clear trash in DS, check out the boss in a box with our new super awesome group, and to see about poking a world boss or two.
    Please feel free to actually login and play wildstar content that isnt raid content, it might surprise you, a lot of it is fun.

    I will see everyone on Tuesday for raid, thanks.

    Lets keep these things in mind while in the raid.

    • Keep the chatter down in voice comms, primarily during the boss fights, even more so on new fights. Unless you have essential information to communicate to the raid during a fight please bite your tongue. Just use common sense and we are in good shape.
       
    • Try not to bring too much negativity to the raid. it doesn't help. Negativity can spread like wildfire and we do not need to hurt our morale. Content takes time to learn so please be patient with everyone To this point, It should also be understood that our raid is pretty well split across the time zones - meaning that we have both people that stay up pretty late to raid and other that rush home in order for us to raid. We only raid three nights a week, this time is limited and valuable. If we want to progress through this content in a timely manner lets keep our heads straight.
       
    • Don't Argue. I'm not trying to say that leadership is infallible or that our word is absolute, but it is not conducive to progression to argue mid raid. If something is bothering you with the strategy of a fight or how the group is performing please bring it up with an officer outside of the raid. It's not fair to everyone else if you derail the raid with dissent. We have forums for strat discussions, and if you just want to have your voice heard with someone's undivided attention, then please come to leadership after the raid. We're always hanging out after the closing notes, and while some of us may be tired, we'd be happy to hear you out.
       
    • You are on 19 other people's time. This is kind of a point that was loosely touched on in the above, but it's just something that is really important to understand. When you join a raid with 19 other people, the time spent in the raid is no longer your own. It is the raid's time, and you are sharing it with 19 other people. There's no telling what those 19 other people are sacrificing to be here, and what you sacrificed to be here, so please be respectful and mindful that if you're holding up the raid, you're holding up 19 other people's time. Time that could be spent with loved ones, getting work done, or progressing on the next boss fight.
       
    • Personal responsibility and accountability should be a constant focus for everyone in the raid, especially as we get further into DS. Datascape is not an easy raid. It's hard, and it takes a lot of focus. Further, it puts a lot more responsibility on the individual. The raid relies heavily on the individual being able to avoid cleaves, stand in heals, and deal with mechanics.
       
    • Be Proactive, not reactive. I know we've all been playing for a while at this point, but this isn't Standard MMO raiding. We need to be taking as little damage as possible, as a raid, and when we have to take damage it needs to be absolutely minimal. We need to be standing in heals and not expecting them to come to us.


    We are here to clear content because its fun, just need to keep everything balanced.

Warpigs is a semi-hardcore multi game community, for both MMOs and other genres. Our core, which has largely remained the same, started back in 2014. Warpigs first got started in Wildstar and has since branched out to several other game including, Black Desert Online, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm as some of our most active games. With that being said, we are a well organised and have a fairly mature membership, and as such we offer a very stable guild that we hope will be here for many more years to come.
