Hey guys! Destiny 2 is out on PC now and was looking to hookup with some guys who are playing. A few of us are already in game but was gonna throw this out there. Off the next couple days after work today so looking to get some serious gaming in. Having fun with it so far. Didn't play the first one. Peace out!

It's like a shooter with some mmo elements. They do have dungeons which are called strikes and have 3 people. Also, raids which are 6 man. They have pvp 4v4 and competitive pvp as well. I'm enjoying it so far. I hear there is a bit of a grind and people who played the first one are upset about the same enemies being in it and lack of class production. There's 3 classes that kinda represent the Trinity in most MMOs. Hunter is like rogue, Titan is like a tank, and warlock is like mage with some support elements.

Yeah Luke, let me know how it is. I know Dirtay and Attack picked it up. It looks fun but it looks like there are real issues with the end of the game obtaining gear and raid content. It also looks like you can just run (literally) through the content.

Yeah, code, that's my only concern right now. There's a pretty big grind, from what I understand, around 265 power level range, that may turn some people off. I like the public events though idk how long they'll keep me interested as it sounds like that's what you do to get geared enough for the raid. The raid looks tough like actual mechanics but for how long? Enjoying it so far though.

I was kind of skeptical (kind of poked at the first one but I can't do shooters on console so I gave up on it halfway through the story) but the beta won me over!  The strike in the beta had totally the MMO-ish dungeon feel but in a shooter.  Picked it up and having a blast so far - looking forward to the group content but dreading the grind to get to nightfall/raid. :)

Also, Code!  Halfway on-topic!  You should make a Battle.net group for Warpigs!

Warpigs is a semi-hardcore multi game community, for both MMOs and other genres. Our core, which has largely remained the same, started back in 2014. Warpigs first got started in Wildstar and has since branched out to several other game including, Black Desert Online, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm as some of our most active games.
